I call myself the retreat whisperer because that's exactly what this work is — reading the room, anticipating the need, and quietly making sure nothing but presence is required of you or your guests.

My job isn't to be seen. It's to create the kind of emotional safety that lets a retreat leader hold space fully, and lets guests exhale into the experience they came for. You bring the vision. I make sure everything around it simply works.
